hello! thanks for takin' the time to check out the audition thread for laurelbloom and peachfur's brother, niece, and nephew! before we begin, tannabelle and i would like to add a few rules to make the application process easier on both of us;
do not alter the existing personality traits the character has been given
do not alter any major events in the character's history
do not audition if you are planning on giving the character a premature death

do feel free to add more personality traits or life experiences into the character! we just ask that you do not mess with the existing ones, as these have been picked so that they go along with the familial history
do be active! we don't want to have them played by someone who does not want to play them frequently
do be creative with their thoughts about laurelbloom and peachfur! we encourage you to be as free as you can be (realistically) when you give these characters a voice- so long as you actually use it!
along with these rules, we do also ask that you do not change their prefixes-- they too have been set for a reason!
if you are accepted, you will be given a preset for the character after you have shown us that you will be active on the character-- and it's okay if you decide you do not want the character! we don't mind opening an audition if you do not want to keep them!

c l o u d t a l o n,
cloudtalon is the oldest of the three siblings- born to stonefur and lilacwillow, cloudtalon is nothing short of a mama's boy-- he would constantly follow lilacwillow around during his younger years, asking her questions about things that never made sense to him.
as he has grown, cloudtalon has become more logical and reasonable, however still has his moments.
he has two children; sunpaw and cinderpaw, whose mother, kiwiface, tragically died due to complications during her pregnancy.
cloudtalon is;
gentle
caring
nurturing
protective
sarcastic
unreliable
stubborn
possessive
while he has his shortcomings, cloudtalon strives to be the best brother, father, and son he can be-- though recent events involving a hiccup between his two sisters has left him distraught. cloudtalon still actively tries to talk with peachfur, who has left jungleclan for shoreclan-- and laurelbloom rather upset about this.

sunpaw is the oldest of two, and was born to cloudtalon and kiwiface, though the two young cats will never have the chance to meet her. that doesn't stop their father and their aunts from telling them all about her.
oftentimes, sunpaw can be found chatting with her aunt, laurelbloom, whom also happens to be her idol. she looks up to laurelbloom and aspires to be just like her when she grows up-- meaning that she, too, is rather frustrated with her aunt peachfur; not that she understands the situation at all, but because aunt laurelbloom is, and naturally, sunpaw has to be just like her.

bubbly
naive
trusting
insecure
vulnerable
feisty
stubborn
aloof
sensitive
though she occasionally gets herself into trouble, sunpaw always has the purest of intentions-- even if she doesn't understand the situation.
c i n d e r p a w,
cinderpaw is the youngest of two, yet he is bigger than his sister-- he has a build similar to that of his father, cloudtalon; tall, stocky and short-furred.
cinderpaw has been emotionally distraught lately as his best friend (to him at least) peachfur has left the clan. he adores his aunt and wishes more than anything that she would come home. while he loves his aunt laurelbloom as well, he has always had a special bond with peachfur-- she gave him a nurturing and safe feeling that only a mother could, and since his mother is not here, peachfur was the next best thing.
he often tries to convince laurelbloom to forgive peachfur, but this usually ends with sunpaw smacking him on the side of the head and calling him an idiot, and then looking to laurelbloom desperately for approval, only to be scolded for hitting her brother.
every chance he gets, he goes with his father to visit peachfur at the border, and he just sits with her and tells her about all of the cool things he's been seeing and doing as an apprentice-- and then he begs her to come home and fix things with laurelbloom so that they can all be together.
cinderpaw is;
untrustworthy
unreliable
lazy
snarky
unable to take criticism
romantic
sympathetic
incredibly loyal
while cinderpaw has his moments where he is not a very good boy, he is overall trying his very best to make his aunts and his father, as well as the rest of the clan, proud. he wants to be the best version of himself that he can possibly be, though sometimes he can misread a situation and end up making himself look bad.
