Staff Auditions - Join the crew!
Hello all! The current staff of The Island have come to the conclusion that we are available for adding one more Moderator to the team! With the community growing we have decided that additional Moderators will help to ensure that our community stays fun and exciting while also following the rules. Interested? Great! Down below should give you the information needed.

What we are looking for regarding future staff:
Maturity
This is obviously one of the most important factors. We want our staff team to be mature and respectful, able to handle themselves like an adult. Our staff is an important aspect in the role play, and they reflect The Island Maturity is a must. We ask that those who are audition for staff are at LEAST 15 years of age.
Reliable
We need our staff to be available often, either in-game or discord-wise. Of course we understand that the real world comes first and everyone has lives, though being staff, we ask that you at least try to focus more on being available for contacting. If there is drama or chaos erupting, we ask all staff to lend a hand. We do not wish to have a staff member disappear on us every so often without a word.
Activity
This falls in the same category as reliable. Of course you must be active enough in-game, on discord and forums for the same reasons, you never know when a staff member is needed.
Communication
We are looking for staff members who are able to communicate efficiently and respectfully. We want our staff to be open and willing to help others no matter how small or large the situation may be.
Creativity
The staff are the ones who are in charge of coming up with any fun events, future plots, or any other activities members are able to partake in.We want staff who have great imaginations and are able to come up with fun ideas for the community!

Pompt 1
You and several others are roleplaying calmly, suddenly a member appears online only to be found they have added items onto their character. You are aware that the only items allowed are natural items.This member's character is in BlizzardClan and is wearing facial piercings. The other members around you are arguing with said user about their items. The member is then refusing to remove the items. How do you approach and handle this situation?
Prompt 2
A member has given the map link out to their friend who has not properly joined The Island. The member has not informed or even asked any staff if their friend may join or explore the map. When confronted, the member claims "They are my friend, I know for a fact they're literate!" The friend of the member then refuses to leave the map. How do you respond and handle this situation?
Prompt 3
Member A is has begun degrading other members abruptly. They are seen insulting members character designs, ideas, and just plain bullying them. You are the first to see this and know something must be done. How do you handle this situation?
Prompt 4
Member A messages you informing you that they have been harassed by another member, Member B. Member A claims that Member B has been trying to force and beg Member A's character to become their characters mate. This can easily be seen as mate-begging. What do you say when confronting Member B about the situation?

Keep in mind that if your audition is accepted, you will under-go training and be faced with a final test before becoming a full Moderator.
